1. KICC

The Kenya International Conference Centre (KICC) is a conference and exhibition venue located in Nairobi, Kenya. The building, which was completed in 1973, is a well-known landmark in the city and is considered an architectural and engineering feat. 

It was designed by the architect David Mutiso and his team, along with the company Ove Arup & Partners, who was responsible for the structural engineering. The building is shaped like a stylized traditional African hut and it is made of reinforced concrete, with a distinctive 'hut' design which allows natural light to filter into the building and give the building a unique feature. The building has been host to many international conferences, exhibitions and other events over the years.


2. Karura Forest

Karura Forest is a protected area located in the northern part of Nairobi, Kenya. It covers an area of approximately 1,050 hectares and is one of the few remaining indigenous forests in the region. The forest is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna, including over 300 species of birds, as well as primates such as Sykes' monkeys and bush babies.


3. Uhuru Park

Uhuru Park is a public park located in the central business district of Nairobi, Kenya. It covers an area of approximately 60 hectares and is one of the most popular recreational spaces in the city. It was officially opened in the year 1969 and has since become a central gathering place for the residents of Nairobi.

The park features a large artificial lake, which is home to a variety of waterfowl and fish, and is a popular spot for boating and fishing. There are also numerous walking paths, gardens, and playgrounds throughout the park, as well as an open-air theater and an exhibition area.


4. Nairobi National Park

Visiting this park doesn't cost much and it has a lot of different animal species. You won't spend more than Ksh 500 while in this park.

Nairobi National Park is a national park in Kenya that was established in 1946 about 7 km south of Nairobi. It is fenced on three sides, whereas the open southern boundary allows migrating wildlife to move between the park and the adjacent Kitengela plains. Herbivores gather in the park during the dry season. 


5. SGR

If you love trains visit place and enjoy sounds and the movement of trains. You won't spend any money all you need to do is move around the station and enjoy yourself.
